This simple slow cooker ranch roast recipe is sure to be a hit. It smells amazing cooking all day! I do recommend to trim all excess fat off the roast before searing. It will keep the juices in the slow cooker from getting greasy. for a yummy variation, don't put potatoes in the slow cooker and serve over mashed potatoes.
